Tentrix
Every request has an owner and a next step. Tickets, tasks, and follow-up to keep support organized.
When requests arrive through different channels, it is easy to lose track of what still needs attention and who is handling it. Tentrix brings support work into tickets, with owners, tasks, and a history of each case.
I designed the architecture and built the web application with Next.js, a NestJS API, and PostgreSQL persistence through Drizzle. Access is organized by company and role, so each team works with the information relevant to them.
Comments, attachments, and closure rules help document how issues are resolved. The dashboard and reports make it easier to review pending work and follow up without piecing together scattered messages.
