Keeping operations consistent across locations takes more than handing out instructions. Oktara turns procedures into checklists that teams can assign, complete, and review with evidence of the work carried out.
I built the web platform with Next.js, the API with NestJS, and the operational app with Flutter. The editor supports templates with scoring and conditional logic; assignments organize work by location, and findings can become corrective tasks.
The mobile app lets teams complete checklists and capture evidence offline, then sync later. Dashboards, reminders, and activity history help managers review progress and follow up on outstanding work.
