Takofy is a restaurant administration and POS product for very small businesses: new restaurants, one-person operations, and teams that cannot depend on stable connectivity.

I built it with Flutter, PowerSync, and Supabase, following a feature-first clean architecture with system design thinking behind the product structure. The priority was reliability under unstable network conditions, not just UI polish.

The product is already running in several local businesses and is planned for the Play Store next.
