Financial education product with practical calculators for underserved users, with an initial focus on Nicaragua.
NicaFinanzas is a Flutter mobile and Flutter web product created to teach personal finance to people with limited resources or no formal financial education. It focuses on Nicaragua first, but the core learning and calculators are broadly useful.
I handled the product end to end: architecture, implementation, and design. The app helps users understand loans, estimate repayments, and calculate Nicaragua-specific net salary in a way that feels accessible instead of intimidating.
The product currently reaches around 1.75k unique monthly visitors and continues to grow. Beyond analytics, people regularly tell me directly that they use it in real life.
